How to arrange Bespoke cover
Arranging Bespoke cover couldn’t be simpler, you can begin the process in a number of ways and what’s great is that you deal directly with our expert underwriters.
1. Make an enquiry
To make an initial bespoke enquiry, simply call, fax or email our underwriters directly on the details provided to the right of this page. You can even request a call back and we will get right back to you.
2. Request a quote
To request a quote, simply call us, email or fax the risk details, the level of cover your client requires and any other information you deem relevant, directly to our underwriters on the contact details provided to the right of this page. We understand that time is of the essence for our customers and you can usually receive a quote the very same day!
If on this occasion you have obtained a more competitive quote elsewhere, we will try our best to match or beat it* with our Bespoke Price Match.
3. Quote to immediate cover
It’s not unusual for a GCS Bespoke policy to go from quote to immediate cover within the same day – once you are happy with the quote you have received, simply notify the assigned underwriter dealing with your enquiry. Providing we have received confirmation that all the underwriting criteria is met and that you notify us beforehand, the policy can go on cover which will be held open for up to 10 working days pending receipt of premium. Please note that only once we have received payment, via cheque or BACS, will the underwriter issue the policy on your behalf and forward by post.
