At GCS, we offer multiple flexible issuing options to suit every conveyancer’s need, because we know that everyone works differently, and sometimes you require different needs depending on the sitution.
You have the choice to pick and choose, meaning you can use all our services, or just stick to one if you prefer.
What services do we provide?
Our legal indemnity policies can be issued in any of the following ways: ‘Online’, through our insurance ‘Pack’, or through our ‘Direct’ or ‘Bespoke’ services.
GCS Online
Our speedy ‘Online’ system is the quickest way to put your property clients on INSTANT cover. Our ‘Quick Quote’ facility allows you to obtain quotes in seconds, and with a GCS Online account, you can issue them in minutes, or save them to your account for a later date. Electronic policy documents are sent via email the moment you issue. Your account is accessible 24/7 whether you’re at home or the office, and you have access to exclusive Online-only policies.

* Our Individual Account allows you to save quotes and issue policies as and when you like. Policies are issued immediately, without the need for referral. You have the option to be added to a group and/or become a Group Account Administrator at a later stage if you wish.
** Our Group Account permits you to add people from your firm/branch to your group. The main difference is that you can add/remove people, view all saved quotes and issued policies by people in the group, receive group statements for all members within the group, and (with permission), issue policies on behalf of other people in your firm/branch.
GCS ‘Pack’
Our insurance ‘Pack’ is exactly the same as our ‘Online’ system except policies are presented logically in paper format in our smart folder. Our system automatically updates us when you need to be sent new policy blanks, or you have the option to order them directly from us at no additional cost.

Alternatively, you can cut out the middle man and issue policies straight from us, ‘Directly’ from our office.

GCS ‘Bespoke’
