What Limit of Indemnity should I insure for?
The limit of indemnity is entirely at your discretion, therefore it doesn’t have to be the full market value. We find that many policies are issued with the limit of indemnity reflecting the current sale or purchase price of the property. Each conveyancer should however contact the mortgage lender or refer to the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders’ Handbook (found at: https://www.ukfinance.org.uk/) to ascertain the level of cover required.

What do I need to provide to my client?
A full colour copy of the relevant IPID & Specimen Policy must be provided to your client prior to the issue of cover, either by hard copy in the post or attachment to an email. Copies of these documents can be obtained here.
