Sewer Adoption (SA)

This policy is also known as: ‘Adoption of Sewer’

This policy provides cover during the period of indemnity in the event of the water/sewerage company demanding from the property owner in respect of the property a contribution towards the costs of adopting the sewers because a S104 Agreement has not been entered into or it has but the developer has not fully complied with its obligations under the S104 Agreement.

Sewer Adoption - Capped 15 Years

Covers the buyer if the water/sewerage company seek to obtain a contribution towards the costs of adopting the sewers serving the property due to an absence of a S104 Agreement or due to a developer failing to comply with its obligations under a S104 Agreement.
