The Superior Lease indemnity policy has been specifically designed for the situation where a single residential property is held by an underlease; that is, a lease that is granted out of a longer lease; and

  • there is no firm evidence that rent is being paid under the superior lease
  • the superior lease is missing
  • a superior landlord is missing
  • your landlord is missing and may not be paying rent
